- 10:30am: Open Mat at NOLA BJJ
- 2:30pm: Kayak Swamp Tour
- 6pm: Crawfish Boil at Barrel Proof

Sunday the 16th:

Schedule

- Thursday the 14th: You will be arriving to New Orleans. We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your accomodations. Later that evening you will be picked up to go to a training session at NOLA BJJ with class taught by Matthias Meister and Marshall Baker. After class we will walk across the street from the academy for pizza and drinks before returning to your accomodations. 

 

- Friday the 15th: You will be picked up from your accommodations at 9:30am for training at NOLA MMA with class taught by Ray Lopez . After class you will have time to shower/change/chill until we go on a walking tour of the French Quarter and have some lunch. After exploring the French Quarter you will have some free time before being picked up for training at an outdoor seminar and open mat taught by Carson Quinene. Then its free time for you to DIY your own adventure. 

 

- Saturday the 16th: You will be picked up from your accomodations at 10:30am to head to NOLA BJJ for the largest open mat in the New Orleans area. After the open mat you will have time to shower/change/chill before going on a kayak swamp tour followed by a team dinner.

 

- Sunday the 17th: For those not going home this day or flying out in the morning, we will be going back to NOLA MMA for Ray Lopez's famous Comp Training. After training, the day is your to explore or get ready for your departure.

Train in New Orleans!

This camp includes airport transportation, transportation to all activities on the schedule, French Quarter Ghost Tour, Kayak Swamp Tour, (2) Dinners and not to mention the best training that New Orleans has to offer. 

 

Improve your game with training at 2 different academies, experience world class cuisine, explore the French Quarter and the bayous around New Orleans.

 

We will be joined by Special Guest Carson Quinene!

Friday 14th:
- 11am - 12pm: Check In
- 2pm - 3pm: Seminar
- 3:00pm: Open Mat
- 7:30pm: Team BBQ (Included Meal)

Saturday 15th:
- 7am - 8am: Breakfast (Included Meal)
- 11am: Competition on Floating Water                Platform
- 1pm: Team Pot Luck (Bring Something Good)
- 5pm - 6:30pm: Seminar
- 6:30pm: Open Mat
- 8:30pm: Outdoor Movie 

Sunday 16th: 
 - 7am-8am: Breakfast (Included Meal)
- 9am - 11am: Open Mat
- 11am: Campground Checkout

Then at 6pm we will head to NOLA MMA taught by Ry Lopez. After training, at 9pm, we will go on a French Quarter Ghost Tour where we can eat and drink along the way. After that, the night is yours to have fun and DIY your own adventure.

- Saturday the 16th: You will be picked up from your accommodations at 10:30am to head to NOLA BJJ for the largest open mat in the New Orleans area. After the open mat we will have some time to shower/change/chill/eat before going on a Kayak Swamp Tour. Later that night we will be going to Barrel Proof for a Team Crawfish Boil. 

- Sunday the 17th: For those not going home this day or flying out in the morning, we will be going back to NOLA MMA for Ray Lopez's famous Comp Training. After training, the day is yours to explore or get ready for your departure.

Special Guest Carson Quinene

Carson is a competitor, coach and content creator with a few accolades under his belt including WNO28 Victor, Bronze No-Gi Euros 2024, Revolution #1 ranked Lightweight 2024.

Professor Matthias Meister of NOLA BJJ 

Matthias is the owner and head instructor of NOLA BJJ and has been training in Jiu Jitsu since the mid-90s. He is a Pan American BJJ champion and IBJJF Masters World Champion at the Black Belt level. Originally trained as a Judoka, growing up in Switzerland, Matthias received his Black Belt in BJJ from Carlos Gracie Jr. in 2009. He received his 4th degree in 2023.

Professor Marshall Baker of NOLA BJJ

Marshall Baker is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Matthias Meister, with over 11 years of experience training, teaching, and coaching grappling and MMA. A former high school wrestler and college rugby player, Marshall brings a well-rounded athletic background to his instruction. He is equally skilled in gi and no-gi grappling, ensuring students excel in both disciplines. As the head instructor at NOLA BJJ Uptown, Marshall is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and competitive environment for practitioners of all levels.

Professor Ray Lopez of NOLA MMA

Ray is the Head Instructor and co-owner of Nola MMA. He is also a Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Prof, Matthias Meister, professional MMA and bare knuckle fighter, and fought in the BKFC.
